This membership provides 3 hour long private training sessions. Sessions include individualized assessment and teaching of foundational body positions for power and olympic lifting with barbells, as well as foundational movements with kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements. After this series, the member will be prepared to SAFELY and successfully enter group CrossFit classes! Members may choose to continue with individual or small group fitness sessions, please enquire.
