We love meeting CrossFitters from other affiliates! You can reserve and pay for your drop-in class here. If you will be in town for a week or more, please email us at info@crossfitinnerloop.com to inquire about our weekly drop-in rates and process.

If you have previous experience at another CrossFit affiliate, and are interested in exploring a membership with our gym, we are happy to offer two (2) free classes for you to experience our community, coaching, and programming before making a membership decision.

IMPORTANT: Before signing up for your first class, please EMAIL US [info@crossfitinnerloop.com] to introduce yourself and let us know at what affiliate(s) you have trained previously and for how long.  We reserve the right to cancel the free trial for anyone who does not email us with this information before signing up!

After you have emailed us, you may proceed here - you will be asked to select the date and time of your first trial class, and complete our required waiver information.

On-Ramp Private Training
***ON-RAMP PRIVATE TRAINING IS REQUIRED FOR ANYONE BRAND-NEW TO CROSSFIT***

ABOUT ON-RAMP:
This individualized training program is designed for prospective members brand-new to CrossFit. In a series of three (3), private training sessions with one of our coaches, we'll provide you with the skill development and exposure to CrossFit basic movements so that you are prepared to enter our regular group classes. We emphasize technique and mechanics to ensure both your safety and success at the next level.

Sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Upon completion of the three sessions, you will have unlimited access to our regular group classes for the remainder of the month (30 days from your first private session).

Please do not purchase the On-Ramp until you have spoken with us to schedule your first training session (see below). 

HOW TO ENROLL:

1) CALL (240-670-7836) OR EMAIL US (info@crossfitinnerloop.com) to tell us a little more about you and your goals and your general availability/time preferences for your private training sessions. We will then work to match you with a coach who is available at your preferred times, and confirm a date for your first session. We will do our best to get you started as soon as possible.

2) After we have confirmed the date and time of your first session, return to this page and click the arrow on the right to proceed to payment. On the next page, for the effective date please select THE DATE OF YOUR FIRST SESSION, as confirmed with you via email.

3) After purchasing, you will receive a billing confirmation as well as an automated email through our athlete performance and tracking system, Wodify. Please be sure to use an up to date email address for your Wodify account as you will be receiving additional information from us after each of your three training sessions.
